Dr. Kristin Exner grew up in NW Calgary. She earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology in health and exercise physiology from the University of Calgary. She went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Exner’s treatments include a variety of techniques to help you feel your best, including chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapies, taping, and exercises. She believes in developing treatment plans based on individual needs and helping patients understand their injuries. Her goal is to help her patients get out of pain, move better, and empower them with long term strategies for healthy living.
Dr. Exner carries her passion for movement outside of the office. She is active in Calgary’s ringette community and enjoys spin classes, weightlifting, golfing, and hiking.
